Uncomfortable ride
Gondolier was not smooth and kept the gondola at an uncomfortable tilt. Not comfortable at all. Too short a ride for the cost.

Terrible customer service from City Tours/Venice Tours in Venice, Italy
Disaster. Didn't happen. Due to land in Venice 9am on day of tour scheduled at 2pm. Unfortunately, airline canceled flight due to mechanical issues and we were rebooked on next flight 4 hours later. I communicated this change the night before the tour to the tour operator. I kept them updated throughout our arrival. Unfortunately, we arrived to hotel to drop our luggage 40 minutes past 2pm so we missed the meeting time. I told operator we will meet them at the 2nd stop as per the itinerary published on the website at our own expense. Not only did the tour operator cease communicating with me regularly at that point but they failed to mention after I paid for private transit they would not accept us late on the tour and would not help us meet them. That should have been communicated immediately when I advised them of our flight cancellation. And that rule also makes zero sense. I paid for the experience so I should be able to join at any point. We were on a different tour today and 3 people joined us late and zero problem, tour guide welcomed them as they should. They booked and paid. I would never recommend this tour operator. I requested a refund and Viator denied. Unfortunate they think this was a justified response to what was clearly a delay out of our control and the unreasonableness of this tour operator to be mildly flexible in what was zero extra work on their part, just clear continuous communication to ensure we knew where group was at that point.

Alvise was a great guide who was very informative and funny, I had a great time on the gondola ride and the VR experience afterwards was an added bonus that was very informative

Too long, hard to understand
Very challenging to understand our guide due to thick accent. She gave way too many details,could have been much shorter. My family lost interest.

Murano Burano Trip with Camilla
We had an amazing time!! Camilla was so amazing and friendly and very good guide! She explained us every very well! We went to Murano Burano islands and had and absolutely amazing time! Highly recommend everyone to go as well. Thank you Camilla!

Nice 1/2 day trip for family
We visited Murano and Burano to see glass making and lace making demosteations. The islands were very cute. Would.have liked more time on Murano.

Excellente journée passée avec David sur l'île de murano et de burano. Le groupe n'est pas trop grand et David nous a raconté les meilleures anecdotes sur la ville, son histoire et les défis auxquels elne doit faire face. Je recommande vivement ce tour.

Genug Freizeit eingeplant…sehr gut!!! Sehr schöne Dörfchen mit einer märchenhaften Atmosphäre. Der französische Reiseführer war toll:)
