La guide était très professionnel et à répondu à toute les questions. seul bémol la communication de l’audioguide au niveau du grand canal est amélioré.

bij de locatie aangekomen krijgen we te horen dat de 2 privé boten die ik heb gehuurd maar elk voor 1 persoon zijn. why on earth zou ik 2 boten huren voor 2 personen? nee, wij zijn met z'n negenen en er gaan maximaal 5 paar billen op een boot. dus 2 boten. nou... vergeet het maar. doorverwezen naar een plaatselijk kantoor. daar vervolgens van de jongedame in kwestie een 5 sterren behandeling gekregen. uiteindelijk een uur later toch op onze 2 privé boten... hebben we gordeldier die alleen maar met elkaar kletsen! dus 300 euro lichter en een aanfluiting rijker. wel grote dank aan Aurora van het kleine kantoortje waar we naartoe werden gestuurd. volgende keer gewoon bij een gordeldier zelf boeken a 90,- ipv hier a 150,-

Es war eine tolle, sehr informative Tour. Wir waren nur zu viert, deshalb hat es besonders viel Spaß gemacht. Man sieht und erfährt viel über Venedig… Absolut empfehlenswert.

Balade en Gondole très chère. 20 minutes au lieu de 45 minutes comme annoncé . Nous étions très mal assis, sur les côtés alors que les deux autres personnes étaient confortablement installées... Attrape touristes!!! Au moins faire payer moins cher si on n'a pas le choix du siège. Extrêmement déçus...

Lo mejor es Venecia en sí. el recorrido que hicimos no fue igual al que se i dicaba(ñno pazamod por el Palacio Ducal)). Además hay gondolas en Venecia para reservar en el momento entre 90 y 110 € y yo pagué 150 por un pasep igual.

La promenade en gondole était très agréable et le gondolier très sympathique. Le prix est toutefois un peu élevé, c’est surtout la différence entre le prix de la réservation et le prix qui aurait été payé directement sur place qui nous a semblé excessive.

La explicación fue buena , los encontramos con facilidad , solo que el paseo podría ir quizás por calles más lindas ya que es corto para disfrutar más el paisaje

It was not clear where we neefed to stand. It was chaotic and some people randomly were accepted. We stood there for more than 40 minutes despite the 11:00 agreement. The people working there were very agressive and shouted calma calma whilst we were totally non agressive and just wanted to show our phone and the voucher. The guide was constantly on his phone. We did not get audio guidance.
