A hot day in Murano & Burano

David was fun and entertaining. Get in his group if you have a chance. The weather was super hot so make sure to bring water and a hat or umbrella. Lots of fun!

We had a wonderful experience with Victoria. It was great to gain access to the experiences quickly and spend more time inside exploring and hearing all of the stories . She was so passionate and knowledgable of the history and culture and she made the day most enjoyable.

Great Service, Clear and Friendly

Before my gondola ride, the staff gave us a brief yet very engaging introduction to the history of Venice and its famous landmarks. The explanation was clear, easy to follow, and filled with interesting details that made the experience even more memorable. He was also very friendly and approachable, making everyone feel comfortable to ask questions. I truly appreciated the effort and passion he put into his work. This kind of service really adds value to the whole experience. Definitely worth recommending to anyone visiting Venice!

Good overall experience

Great tour guide and Awesome views of the islands! Would recommend taking the longer tour to see more of Burano. It’s lovely.

Not really a guided tour

The sign in area is tricky to locate because it is just a group of people who set up a temporary location for 5 minutes to get guests signed in and then they pack up again. The “tour with commentary” part was just walking to where their gondolas actually are and hearing a little bit about someone who grew up in Venice. The actual gondola tour was not guided at all and was just a regular gondola tour. Save your money and just pay a gondolier directly. This tour was more expensive than just walking up and getting on, and really was not worth the extra money.

Très belle découverte des deux îles. Les prix d’achat sont assez conséquents sur place. La guide est de qualité mais les audio pourrait être un peu meilleur afin de bien tout entendre et comprendre

Epic Fail

Fid not grt to experience...terrible customer service...horrible directions...non responsive to messages trying to locate meeting place non accommodating to us and another group who experienced similar situation with directions

The gondola ride was only about 20-25 minutes. Our gondolier was great and very talented. The live commentary was during a walk around the immediate proximity of the meeting point. We weren’t aware of that as we thought it was during our boat ride. The tour ended with a 10 minute virtual reality session about the history of Venice: we loved that part!
