La visita guiada a pie, muy bien. Pero luego nos dejaron mucho rato esperando delante del local de Venice Tours, porque nuestro guía de la ruta a pie se había ido, y se ve que no sabían a quién ponernos como guía para llevarnos a las góndolas. Finalmente, tras esperar bastante rato, nos pusieron una guía EN INGLÉS que nos llevó a las góndolas. Ya sé que fueron 5 o 10 minutos de trayecto de la oficina de Venice Tours a las góndolas, pero si hemos PAGADO un guía EN ESPAÑOL, no nos pueden poner una guía en inglés. Lo siento, pero eso hace que mi experiencia total no haya sido la ideal.

La actividad ha ido muy bien. Tuvimos un problema con el horario de nuestro crucero y ya creíamos que no podíamos hacer el viaje en góndola, pero el chico de la empresa en Venecia nos redujo la actividad nada más al paseo en góndola que fue maravilloso y nos dio tiempo. Amabilidad y profesionalidad del guía.

Per visitare al meglio le isole ci vorrebbe un po' di tempo in più cmq molto bene
Bella esperienza murano e Burano La guida giada molto professionale e attenta a tutti i partecipanti e soprattutto simpatica consigliamo a tutti questa visita in queste isole anche col caldo di agosto

There was no live commentary on the tour. Our canal driver was great at getting through the tight spots. Canals were very crowded.
