Emma was a fantastic guide who’s very friendly and approachable. She provided lots of history and information along the boat ride to Murano and Burano. The time in Murano was rather short and could’ve been a little longer but Burano was just right

Die Tour hat mir nicht gefallen. Die Kopfhörer waren schlimm! Bei einem Preis von 70,-€/Person hätte ich nicht dermaßen billige und schlechte Kopfhörer erwartet. Das hat die gesamte Führung durch den Palast negativ beeinflusst.

Valentina my guide for the walking tour was excellent. Very cheerful, informative & caring of looking after all the tourists on the tour, including the young kids who may have been swooped by seagulls in St Mark’s Square had she not advised of this 😅I absolutely loved the Underwater book shop she took us too, & went back to the shop afterwards to have another look around & purchase my own book from there, a thriller novel set in Venice. I would also like to thank my wonderful guide on the Gondola tour straight afterwards. For some reason I couldn’t connect with his QR code to leave a personal review, I have forgotten his name, but again he was marvellous, & I loved the Gondola ride around Main Canal, & the VR video on the history of the Venice Islands & canals. I would thoroughly recommend both tours to every first time visitors to the city. Both my tours took place on 5 June starting at 9am.
