Terrible. Your site says a child ticket is 17 and under which I booked. We arrived at our tour and they would not let my daughter in bc she wasn’t under 12. We were terribly disappointed. I let my daughter use my ticket and I went and did a different tour of the Doges I was able to book last minute (I should be refunded for this). I then spent most of my afternoon messaging with your assistants about how to fix my upcoming tours where I had also done the child ticket. I ended up having to cancel the Duomo tour and climb one thru your site and had to spent twice as much through a different company. You need to evaluate your age windows for all of your tours to keep this from happening again. It ruined our day in Venice.

Good tours start with a background about the history of the city, who ruled it, how it developed and how this was reflected in architecture. The tour was ok, the guide was nice but after it you question yourself if you learned anything about the city.

We were unable to locate the place where we could validate our tickets - information in the App very poor and we were not able to find the tour location for meet up - tourist information offices in Venice were not able to help us - very very bad

The tour guide was excellent at the beginning of the tour, the 3-D show was brilliant but the gondola ride was a MASSIVE disappointment. The gondolier was talking to his friend on another gondola constantly and loudly. He did not want to engage with us and gave one word answers to the questions we had in a tone where by he gave the impression that he really could not be bothered and was on the verge of being rude. It was a such a shame as everything else was extremely entertaining.

Our tour leader was very friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. The tour was well organized, the timing was perfect, and I was very happy with the overall experience. The only thing that was a bit frustrating was the meeting point. The instructions were not very clear, and it was somewhat confusing to find the exact location. I wish there had been a larger sign or clearer directions provided beforehand. Other than that, everything was excellent, and I had a great experience. I would definitely recommend this tour to others.

Our tour guide was excellent and very knowledgeable. She explained everything in detail, from the meeting point all the way to the gondola ride, which made the experience smooth and enjoyable. Overall, everything was very well organized and I had a great time. The only thing I wish was different is that the gondola ride had been a little longer. Other than that, everything was wonderful.
