Moment agréable mais évidemment qui passe beaucoup trop vite. Bonne organisation.

We got lost and were late and there was no number or human to call or text (other the AI) to reach out to. When we finally arrived at the tour office (where it started) the snarky and completely unhelpful cashier/sales agent basically told us good luck finding the tour happening at the palace. She printed our tickets and we walked to the palace and were able to find the guide. Upon arrival the guide told us we’re out of luck because she didn’t have head sets for my party to listen to her. So we couldn’t hear the tour. I went back to the tour office and explained this and the 2 rude ladies working the desk essentially wrote me off. Said they don’t monitor the platform to ask for questions. They don’t send the guide with extra headsets in the event of late people. So then why did you send me to the palace to find the tour in the blazing heat only to not be able to participate? The way this was handled without grace was absurd. From the start she was annoyed to be there and was rude.

Very nice tour. I'd say it was worth the money. Only a total of 4 people in the Gondola. Saw a lot.

Perfecto para unas vacaciones.
¡Muy interesante y divertido! La visita guiada ha sido entretenida, con tiempos de descanso y detallada. Probando cosas de las propias islas y viendo la pequeña representación de como se realiza el cristal típico de la región.

A very nice tour, with interesting places, an amazing demonstration of glass making on the island of Murano, and beautifully painted houses and hand-embroidered lace on the island of Burano. The guide was very kind and knowledgeable, and she was happy to answer questions. I highly recommend it!

Bueda bacano,vale bue a pena. A vista e top e aqui ate tem bom piteu. Mas um gajo foi ao supermercado com a fam e deu se bem gastamos 20 broas so e comemos num parque aqui na zona.

Venecia,una ciudad fake
Venecia,la gran estafa. Sucia,ruinosa,fea....si exceptuamos la plaza San Marcos,igual de desagradable por las turbas de estúpidos turistas. Espero q el calentamiento global y el mar se hagan cargo....
