Awful. Guide just read through some posters on the wall regarding gondolas. Nothing special. Walked to the gondola fine, but made to line up in the blazing sun when there was shade available. Gondola ride did not go under the bridge of sighs. some excuse about high tide, even though we had taken photos of them passing through it that same day! We booked especially to go under the famous bridge. we went the opposite way for a total of 20 minutes, not 30 . Disappointed. Do not book this trip!!!!

El paseo en góndola fue un robo no por el importe sino por el circuito en góndola por canales de quinto nivel, casas abandonadas y sucias. Otros tours salen en góndolas por circuitos bonitos con buenas vistas y fabulosa experiencia. Fue una grandísima decepción que ya comunicamos a la guía italiana. Una pena.

We waren te laat voor de door ons geboekte toer door omstandigheden, maar we mochten wel aansluiten bij een ander toer die een paar minuten later zou beginnen. Daar waren we erg blij mee, uiteraard. We konden in de app wel de tour vinden, maar het live commentaar was niet makkelijk te vinden en hebben we uiteindelijk maar gelaten. We hebben genoten en het was zeker een ervaring die we niet wilden missen. ( wij hadden ook de mazzel dat we met z'n 3-en in de gondel zaten)

L'accueil du guide ainsi que les explications étaient super, en revanche le tour en gondole était très rapide

Super visite avec notre guide Luca, qui parle français parfaitement et qui nous a fait découvrir Venise comme un "vrai" vénitien. On recommande ! L'un des meilleurs guides que nous ayons rencontrés.

Visite dans des endroits que nous n’aurions sans doute pas vus seuls. Donatella notre guide était très bien et a su nous enchanter.
