Gondola ride.
You have to do a gondola ride if you go to Venice! We walked a long way to get to the meeting point. We enjoyed the short ride through the canals!

Very disappointing experience.
We were unavoidably delayed. Went to the Venice Tours location and told they could not put us in another tour or provide a refund. Very disappointing experience.

Walking tour
The guide may be late, while we were told to be early or we would be left. Tour itself, once started was interesting and informative after having to change earpieces as the main battery was apparently dead, not checked beforehand. Guide was hard to follow as he was of average height and was often lost in crowds since he carried no tall identifier. As we left the Doge palace great room a large number of people left at the same time and we were separated and never saw him again and were unable to find him although we tried. We wandered around for a while looking for him so wherever and whatever was suppose to happen we don't know. Luckily the papers we were given told us where and when to meet for the gondolas so we were able to do that with a different guide. We still had the hearing apparatuses from the beginning which were different and the new guide seemed reluctant to take them. We followed her to the next spot where the cashier finally agreed to take them. Don't know what we missed, it was disappointing end to the tour.

Great tour. Glass Factory was Cool
Great tour. Glass factory was very intetesting. Joy (the tour guide ) was a joy! Definitely recommend when in Venice. A lot of glass galleries to purusr as well.

Great trip with a great guide. Allegra was super kind and helpful with any questions we had and was excellent with telling us facts about the lagoon, Venice, and the other islands during the boat trips throughout the day

Elena was a very good tour guide, she knows English Spanish and Italian and probably the other languages. She is very friendly, very knowledgeable, and very enjoyable.

Three island boat trip
Lovely day on the boat tour with Allegra. She’s very knowledgeable and gave us lots of interesting information. All three islands were lovely in their own unique way. Well worth the money for this tour.

St. Marks, Doge Palace & Gondola ride
The tour of Doge's Palace and St. Marks as well as the gondola ride were all superb! Our tour guide was professional, knowledgeable and hospitable.
