The initial guide we had unfortunately was not the most exciting to listen to. We also had trouble listening to him on the first boat because the engine was very loud, so we pretty much missed the first part of the history speech. Later on our guide had to leave and we were combined with another group. Even though it became much more crowded and we had to go on a slow boat, the new guide was fun to listen to which definitely elevated the last part of the experience.

en fait le guide (très s sympathique) est là pour nous mener du point de rendez-vous où l'on procède à la visite de venise dans le passé (sympa), à la basilique san Marco et nous scanne le QR code pour rentrer. du coup cela fait cher la visite VR.

Instructions were unclear. We were early at the meeting point waiting for our “guide” to show up and hand us our tickets, and seeing all other guides for other tours came and went. Eventually we asked one of the guides and were told to talk to the guy at the souvenir / newspaper stand, so we got our tickets eventually after unnecessary wait. That’s fine, we moved on. When we entered, we showed our tickets and weren’t given the guidebook/pamphlet that was included in our tour, so we went in blindly and walked around on our own.

Great tour. Glass factory was very intetesting. Joy (the tour guide ) was a joy! Definitely recommend when in Venice. A lot of glass galleries to purusr as well.

Great trip with a great guide. Allegra was super kind and helpful with any questions we had and was excellent with telling us facts about the lagoon, Venice, and the other islands during the boat trips throughout the day

Murano - Burano City Tour

Les Iles de Murano et Burano sont à aller visiter absolument ! Des quartiers magnifiques, liés à Venise mais d'une beauté différente. Le guide parle les français de manière très correcte, il semble passionné par ses explications et reste toujours très souriant 🙂
