The history was fascinating, starting with the virtual tour.. Architecture was awesome. Length of the tour was perfect. Ending with a panoramic of Venice put the ice cream on the top. Thank you for the tour.

Great trip Felt a bit rushed in Murano other than seeing the glass factory which was very expensive to buy anything we only had 20 minutes of free time so other than grabbing a coffee you don’t have much time for anything else. Burano was stunning! Could have done without the cookie stop as it was literally just getting a cookie and leaving, would have rather use that time to explore

We got lucky to have the most beautiful sunny September day on these islands. Our absolute favorite - Burano, we are glad we chose to stay longer here instead of rushing straight to Torcello. So the time planning for each of these two islands was just enough to soak in both: the beauty of Burano and industrial point of view in Murano. Huge thanks to our guide David, every story was worth turning our necks back in the ship and listening with ou wide eyes open, haha!

Malgré un accueil chaleureux de l agence, le tour en gondole était rapide, sans aucun échange/interaction avec le gondolier. Nous étions bien informés que c était une gondole partagée mais n avions pas envisagé d être assis sur des « tabourets » durant toute la balade, ce qui l’a rendue pas agréable. Déçue

Super activité, guide français très à l’écoute et pleins d’histoires tres intéressantes. Activité parfaite avec un bébé en portage.

The ‘live commentary’ involved our guide pointing out generalities on our walk from the meeting point to the gondola station. This was about six minutes in duration. It took more time handing out and retrieving radios than we used them. The gondolier did not appreciate being asked questions during our short ride. He seemed disengaged and uninterested in the five riders in our gondola. We spent at least 8 minutes held up in ‘traffic’ as the small canals we were on were congested. The views were pretty but this tour uninspired and was not good value. I would have preferred to book this on my own as a private tour.

It was a good ride. Checkpoint was easy to find. However, if you want to enjoy Gondola Ride, 30 minutes is too short.
