Iole was fabulous. She was knowledgeable and it was wonderful to have a local share the city with us. The tour was well paced with time to enjoy and learn.

Es war ein Erlebnis diese unglaubliche Aussicht zu geniessen in alle Himmelsrichtungen. Die Mitarbeiterin der Agentur vor Ort war sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Wir hatten uns zunächst in Venedig ein wenig verstrickt und verlaufen und kamen einige Minuten zu spät un der Agentur an, sehr freundlich wurden wir dennoch empfangen und uns wurde mitgeteilt, dies sei kein Problem wir hätten noch genügend Zeit. Im Anschluss an unsere Besichtigung im Turm sollten wir nochmal zurück in das Büro kommen. Hier bekamen wir dann noch eine virtuelle Reise in die Vergangenheit von Venedig, die ebenfalls sehr schön war. Alles in allem war es ein wunderschönes Erlebnis in Venedig. und ist sehr zu empfehlen.

Seeing the glass making and free time in Burano. Organising of boat could have been better as had to wait and swapped during.

Good cost effective way of having a gondola ride in Venice, which tbh you have to do! Guide was friendly and told us some interesting things on the short walk to the gondola. The commentary cut out a bit whilst on the ride

Most misleading your description ever. A 20 minute introductory walking tour is actually a 90 minute several kilometer wander with a tour guide whose English is difficult to understand. If you have been on any other Venetian tours they cover the same info: Campos, portos, and a bunch of bridges. We skipped out after the first 60 minutes and gave up on hopes of a gondola ride. Our friends continued on and said the 30 minute boat ride ended up being more like 10 minutes. Such a frustrating waste of money.
