Guide was nice, but the tour was basically transport to the island. Murano, was a 5min glass blowing demonstration and did not do anything else there. Burano, we were basically just dropped there and told to walk around for 1.5hrs. Travel times, the guida was talking through a bluetooth device, but we could not understand anything of what he said, due to the ferry’s engine being too loud.

Worst experience as they didn’t even stop the gondola for a minute to click pictures.. the ride completed in hardly 20 minutes.. not worth it.. don’t waste your money in this gondola ride..

C’était très bien seul problème on ce retrouve avec un autre couple dans la gondole et du coup très mal assis sur un morceaux de bois ( dommage pour le prix . Par contre notre guide était vraiment très bien et très très sympathique.

Lucia was very knowledgeable and explained the history well by not overloading us with too much information at once and setting a really lovely pace. It was brilliant to go over the bridge of sighs ^_^ Improvements, ensuring the tour starts when advertised. We were told to arrive 5-10 minutes early for our 3:15 slot, the vr history lesson was good but we all thought as soon as that had finished we’d be out the door and off to the palace, instead we had to wait 15minutes with no acknowledgment or explanation from the staff about the delay. For people who had plans after and had to be elsewhere this wouldn’t have been ideal. Apart from that it was a lovely tour :)

The boat tour was a bit touristy and crowded in the canals.. We did enjoy the audio tour ahead of the actual boat tour.
