Thoroughly enjoyable, with an excellent explanation of gondolas before we boarded. We thought we were going to get a commentary while on the ride, but that didn’t happen. Indeed, the promised App Commentry didn’t materialise. But overall, very enjoyable.

Tuve la oportunidad de hacer este tour y no me arrepiento. Las chicas que nos recibieron fueron muy amables, nos dieron una radioguía y audífonos para escuchar mejor las explicaciones. El tour comenzó con un pequeño recorrido a pie, donde nos contaron un poco de la historia de Venecia y, por supuesto, de las góndolas. Después llegamos al canal donde tomamos la góndola (máximo 5 personas por góndola). Fue una experiencia muy linda y especial. El gondolero también fue muy agradable; mientras navegábamos, nos iba señalando edificios importantes y compartiendo datos interesantes. Al terminar el recorrido en góndola, no pudimos continuar con la experiencia extra que ofrecían porque teníamos que tomar el tren de regreso, pero de haber tenido tiempo, sin duda nos habríamos quedado. Recomiendo 💯 esta experiencia.

We had the best time at this workshop! The host was very welcoming, funny, and informative. We had a blast making our own glass pendants — such a cool experience. We highly recommend booking this if you’re looking for something creative to do and actually wanting to be hands-on with the glass. It is a one-of-a-kind experience!

The office to pick the tickets up is 5 mins walking from the bell tower. They did not mention the history gallery until I asked and again this was not near the bell tower and another 10 mins walk away. We didn't bother. Basically you are paying double the price for what you would pay on the direct website for the bell tower.

Our experience with Massamillian was SO much better than we expected! This is not just a demonstration - it is very much a hands-on experience where he will teach you some basics about working with glass and then you will create a nice piece of jewelry for yourself! Another thing to note - his studio is very small; we (my wife and I) were the only ones present. I may be wrong but I can’t imagine more than 2 or 3 people being able to take this “class” at a time. And that’s a good thing! It ensures a much more personal and intimate experience. We loved it and am sure you will too!
