Le guide était très mauvais et incompétent. il etait désorganisé et semblait avoir bu. Ses explications étaient incohérentes. le système d'explications dans les gondoles n'a pas fonctionné.

Nous avons été tellement déçu de l’activité, vraiment un attrapé touriste. Nous sommes passés par des canaux minuscules vraiment non joli, l’activité se fait à la chaîne. Notre guide était sensée être francophone mais ne l’était pas, et avait un ton condescendant avec nous. L’audioguide n’était pas en français. Je pense que l’activité est cher et vraiment attrape touriste. À fuir

It was good to have the transport to Murano & Burano organised. However, the guide wasn't great. He wasn't particularly friendly or interested in his group (the guides for the other languages seemed to have better guides). We couldn't hear much of what he was saying at all either. Very disappointing. The visit to Murano was brief and more of a shopping trip after a quick demo. More time on Burano which was gorgeous and goid for a wander round, shopping and lunch.

Fue un tour muy bien aprovechado. Elisa nuestra guía nos dio datos muy interesantes sobre Murano y Burano. Considero que el tiempo en cada ciudad es más que suficiente y se aprovecha mucho. Lo recomiendo mucho.

No live commentary. Headphones didn't work and I was told theyre still working out this new tour..is it really that new? Tour starts in a bookshop that has a black box you go in and put on virtual goggles. After getting stepped on pushed and feeling dizzy, I gave up the goggles. I did see they used a wipe on the google after use. Gondola ride was nice and calming for about 1/2 hr, but I had no idea what we were looking at. No main attractions to reference, as we didnt pass them. Customer service takes 5 days to hear back from.

Cheaper to pay for gondola ride in Venice. Cost £178 via this website for family of 5, only £90 for up to 5 people if paid directly! Yes. this included a short video experience before the ride, and a very rushed guided tour through the streets to the gondola, but all the kids wanted to do was go in the boat and wasn't worth being double the price!

Häftigt upplevelse. Älskade introduktion med VR glasögon i början av aktiviteten. Vårt guide va trevlig och såg till var och en i gruppen trots att alla hade olika nationaliteter. Hon berättade även historia medans vi gick till góndola platsen. I gondolen fick vi sitta med andra och han som körde sa inte ett ord, saknade lite mer glad bemötande av han.

la petite visite guidée était très intéressante, bien expliquée, la vision en 3D de Venise était géniale. Notre balade en gondole reste quelque chose de magnifique. une activité incontournable à faire.

ein schönes Souvenir. der Maler hilft selbst dem größten Laien damit dieser am Ende eine schöne Maske hat. man konnte zwischen vielen Farben und Maskenformen wählen. eine sehr schöne Aktivität.

Un gondolier ne parlant pas un mot de français (il était spécifié français sur notre réservation) et une activité qui a duré à peine 25 mn ! A 90€ par personne ça fait cher de l’heure ! Dommage… mais la vue de la gondole reste très agréable
