Efficient. Only a short tour but worth doing. People helpful in getting on and off gondola in windy situation. Virtual tour prior was interesting.

We took the Venice, Murano and Burano tour and really enjoyed it. Everything was very well organised, the meeting points were clear and easy to find, and the whole experience was smooth and pleasant. The guide was excellent and explained everything clearly. We had a very positive impression and can definitely recommend this tour.

The tour was good. Our guide Anna was excellent. She really knew her history. I thought it would cover more in terms of places but Anna had some really good tips for visiting the e main attractions such as the Basilica.

Achat de billets mais la prestation n’a pas eu lieue car le Campanile était fermé. L’agence m’a donc donné un lien pour le remboursement mais toujours en attente de réponse. Lorsque le campanile a ouvert , nous nous sommes présentés avec nos billets que le personnel du campanile a refusé nous disant qu’il fallait reprendre des places avec le qr code situé devant le monument et on sera remboursé des autres places…. Nous sommes déçus car nous n’avons pas pu réaliser la visite er nous ne sommes pas remboursés pour le moment…
