Très bonne expérience, personnel d’accueil agréable et parlant français. Visite du palais en autonomie grâce a l’audioguide sur application (prévoir 45 minutes si l’on écoute tous les commentaires).

Our tour time was changed by the guide from 17.50 to 17.00 due to supposedly technical problems. We arrived on time with two other couples. The guide was surprised there were three couples. On arrival at the gondolas there was only two. We were told to get on the second gondola. The other couple got on first and sat on the front facing more comfortable seats. I was told to sit at the side and my husband the opposite side, not facing each other. We were both uncomfortable. This activity was booked for my husbands 70th birthday. The music and singer was on the boat behind. We didn’t see them all tour because of where we was sitting. We were so disappointed and upset. It wasn’t worth the money. The staff didn’t care. It ruined my birthday surprise.

Es ist für Alleinreisende die günstigste Variante, mit einer Gondel zu fahren. Wobei man sich nicht aussuchen kann, mit wem man in der Gondel sitzt (bis zu 5 Personen). 🤷🏻♀️ Das Büro, wo die Tour startet, war gut zu finden und das Personal sehr freundlich. Dort bekommt man zuerst einen Film mit VR-Brille über die Geschichte Venedigs gezeigt, was überraschend gut war! Dann kurzer Fußweg zur Gondel und eine ca. 25min Fahrt, sehr kurz. Der Audioguide ist okay, der Gondoliere erzählt nichts. Wenn ich mit mehreren Personen unterwegs wäre, lohnt es sich, selbst eine private Gondel an einem der Kanäle zu buchen. Die offiziellen Preise sind immer pro Gondel und nicht pro Kopf.

Cuando llegamos no encontraban nuestra reserva, finalmente pudimos hacerla. El recorrido es menos tiempo del que pone, y el recorrido tampoco es muy interesante porque no explican nada. No merece la pena en mi opinión. Lo único bonito que pasas por el puente de los suspiros.

Loads of waiting around to start with limited info why. The bridge of sighs not even mentioned, gondola guide was great but it wasn’t 30 minutes at all. Not what we expected.

Our guide was 22 minutes late, no explanation we were told to just wait in the square. We were walking so fast couldn't keep up and the audio was terrible and it was extremely difficult to understand what he was saying. There were 10 of us on the tour and Im not sure anyone enjoyed themselves or got much out of it. We saw 4 sites with very little history or information. Its the worst tour I have ever bern on unfortunately. So disappointed

Apesar de entender que são locais com grande número de turistas, situação que dificulta a permanência nos locais, achamos que a guia passou com muita rapidez pela Basilica se São Marcos.

Très bonne excursion, guide qui parle bien français et explique beaucoup de chose Seul bémol: j’aurai aimé resté 30 minutes de plus sur chaque îles.
