The event itself was well organized and enjoyable. Everything went smoothly, and the program was interesting. However, we were disappointed that a Russian-speaking guide was not provided. We expected to have a guide in Russian, and because of the language barrier, we missed a lot of information during the tour. Overall, the experience was good, but having a Russian-speaking guide would have made it much better.

der dogenpalast ist immer eine tour wert - es gab jedoch mit den audiogeräten eine sehr schlechte akkustik, weiters kam dazu, dass unsere tour auf deutsch durch den italienischen akzent der führerin auch zusätzlich beeinflusst wurde

Der Kontakt von den Ohrhörern zum Guide war beim Gehen durch Venedig leider immer wieder unterbrochen. So haben wir vieles vom Gesagten nicht mitbekommen. Sehr schade, die Dame war nämlich sehr nett und viel erzählt. Aber alles in allem ein empfehlenswertes Erlebnis.
