L’activité souffleur de verre très bien rapide simple et efficace ,par contre pour la dentelle trop de monde nous n’avons même pas pu rentrer dans la boutique …dommage sinon guide très sympathique !

Explications au top pendant la traversée. La dégustation de gâteau manquait de détails sur la fabrication par les commerçants. La démonstration de verrerie très intéressante tout comme la broderie. Dommage que le temps imparti sur Burano soit si court. ce serait sympa de laisser les gens y passer l'après midi.

The guide herself was good. There was a 3D experience for 10 minutes or so before the Gondola ride which shared historical information about the boats which was a nice extra. However, we hadn't realised as a couple we would be sharing a Gondola with another couple, possibly our mistake not noticing when we booked. The major issue was the Gondolier himself. He was quite rude and snappy as we tried to navigate getting on the boat with very little in terms of instruction. He then didnt speak to us the whole way round. It really spoiled our experience and spoilt an otherwise amazing visit. If we went again, we wouldn't pre book but instead find a driver with sone personality and manners once there. Such a shame.

Our guide rambled so much he was unintelligible. He didn't seem to know anything about the history of Venice, the buildings or anything at all. He simply pointed out obvious things and never explained them. "look at the windows, they are big. Look at the chimney it is different." We were hoping to learn something but it turned into a joke with everyone in the group. Probably the worst tour I leave ever been on in my life. Most people just removed their ear piece as it was much more enjoyable that way.
