Excellent guide. Super knowledgeable. St Marks Basilica was amazingly beautiful. Doge was fascinating history and Bell Tower had incredible views not to be missed.

la prestation était très bien sauf la qualité des écouteurs . Nous étions plusieurs à ne pas comprendre . Notre guide Nathalie a eu la gentillesse de nous re expliquer de vive voie . Il faudrait vérifier l'écoute ou changer ce système d'écouteur .

I would like to ask a partial refund, our guide was drunk, he prepared a bad-quality decoration vs what other guide in this place make. My mask looks bad …. My colleague was there and she recommended me this place, and her mask is super! So, I just lost money, because I excepted to get high quality product, that didn’t happen …Just compare 2 masks’ photos during different workshops
