Niet zoals beschreven staat op jullie folder . De boot was niet onderhouden en zo oud als Venetië zelf. Bezoek aan het museum ….trek je plan en zoek het zelf maar uit . Resultaat: moeilijk bereikbaar en te laat aangekomen. Niks museum!!! Samengevat ; dure excursie met weinig of geen beleving. Get your guide onwaardig.

Our guide was super friendly, welcoming and knowledgeable. Unfortunately it was quite difficult to hear her at times. The boat that arrived to collect us was too small, meaning that some people were without seats and had to sit on the floor. There was also a problem with the trip that left before us so we were late leaving. Not ideal. The glass blowing at Murano was great to watch but unfortunately we didn't see any of the island. There was no explanation as to why the described 'one hour island tour' wasn't going ahead and no apology however, they did provide a larger boat for the next leg of the journey. Burano was absolutely stunning and we could have spent longer there. Biscuit tasting involved all being piled into the shop, having a nibble and then piling back out again! Some explanation about what we were eating would have been nice. Lacemaking was beautiful and interesting. Our time in Burano was one of the highlights of our trip and we would love to return one day.
