Problème de temps d'attente au début de l'activité, la sortie qui devait durer 50 minutes (l'expérience de 50 minutes se compose d'une présentation de 20 minutes sur l'expérience en gondole, suivie d'une balade en gondole de 30 minutes) comme mentionné sur la réservation a finalement duré 1h30. En effet, l'expérience de la découverte en 3D avec masque se fait par petits groupes et les 1er doivent attendre que tous ceux qui ont réservé à la même heure aient fini leur visionnage pour partir jusqu'au lieu d'embarquement des gondoles.
