pénible de venir faire la queue devant un bureau,alors que la visite du palais des Doges est ailleurs. en touriste,on ne connaît pas les distances,ni les lieux.

Une belle visite mais ne respecte pas le temps ce devrait être cet 25 min pas 45 minutes le tour Ensuite il était en retard de 40 minutes

Le principe de faire son masque était top! Par contre la prestation n’était malheureusement pas à la hauteur. Pour plus de 140 euros à 2, La personne ne parlait pas du tout français comme indiqué dans la prestation et ne s’est pas du tout intéressée à nous pendant celle-ci. Elle a regardé des vidéos et fait ses étirements. La personne est tout de même venu 2 minutes pour faire des petits traits sur le masque de mon fils quand je lui ai demandé. À noter également qu’au début, la personne ne voulait même pas nous donner de paillettes pour mettre sur nos masques, ni une assiette jetable neuve pour mettre la peinture. Ils nous ont donné 2 sopalins pour 4. Franchement très déçue. Je ne recommande pas du tout cette prestation. Il doit y en avoir des mieux ou des plus authentiques dans Venise. Ici on est laissé à l’abandon.

Not as envisaged - no workshop how gondolas are made… No live commentary on gondola- not even a hello from the gondolier The walk to gondolas was rubbish couldn’t hear a thing through microphone Would not book again and definitely wouldn’t recommend it!

The audio was poor quality, the boat was the slowest in the lagoon and took forever to transport us. and the glass demo although great would have loved to see more of it. I would recommend a smaller tour with a faster boat.
