The trip was nice. Both Murano and Burano are worth places to visit. The team was nice. However, there was a feeling that there was not enough to enjoy the places. Marta was great guide, supportive, and she made a good job. The communication link was not perfect, and some parts of her speech was difficult to understand. Marta and the whole team have made a great work! The trip is very recommended!

This was a great way to get an excellent Gondola ride along with a history lesson on Venice, with the bonus being that it costs less than if you try to just do a Gondola ride on your own. Be sure to do the 360 immersion video prior to the ride. Highly recommended!!

Missed the tour. Meeting place was difficult to locate especially since it’s our first time. The staff was not happy but they did try to rebook us. No one called out the group number and no further details given so missed it again. I’ve been to quite a few of these and the organizers do try to help you out and make sure you get the experience in. Not this time. Very frustrating
