Très belle sortie juste trop rapide sur les îles surtout BURANO ..et TORCELLO rien à faire et au pas de course ..une heure de plus à BURANO serait parfait . Martha la guide était sympathique .

L’escale sur l’île de Murano est extrêmement rapide. Dommage. La pause sur l’île de Burano de 2h est très bien et nous laisse le temps de découvrir l’île. Néanmoins les explications du guide étaient très laborieuses. Il n’était pas concis et partait dans tous les sens! Comme beaucoup nous avons éteint nos audio guide. Je conseille la visite de l’île avec juste le transport.

It was frustrating that I received an email telling me to go to their office first, NOT to the meeting point. I went, but it was the wrong one. Apart from it, the gondolier was friendly and it was an amazing experience.

basilica was lovely. We both thought the Doge’s Palace tour could have had tine to include the history of the prison side of things and less on the artwork

La partie commentée est intéressante avec une immersion virtuelle pour connaître un peu mieux l'histoire de la ville. La visite en gondole est agréable, à faire! mais doit être partagée (maximum 5 personnes).

我買了鐘樓教堂和總督宮的通票，結果只能參觀鐘樓，App非常難用，找不到支援的窗口

Odamentem az irodához a foglaláson feltüntetett időpontra, bent jeleztem is, hogy foglalásom van, a hölgy ki is nyomtatott egy jegyet, mondták, hogy menjek a toronyhoz. 16 órára értem oda, nagyon hosszú sor állt, mivel nekem foglalásom volt időpontra, odamentem a bejárathoz ahol mutattam az időpontomat, mondtam is, de közölték, hogy be kell állni a sorba. Kb 20 perc elteltével odajött egy hölgy, előre vitt, beengedett, viszont ott is állt a sor. Mivel féltem, hogy ha kivárom és nem tudom mikorra érek le, otthagytam az egészet, mert 18-kor indult a hajó, nem mertem kockáztatni. Sok időt veszítettem ezzel, hogy nem engedtek be egyből, direkt úgy kalkuláltam, így kifizettem a jegyet, viszont a fenti okok miatt buktam az összeget. Eléggé csalódott vagyok, azt hittem, hogyha foglalásom van, az adott időpontban bejutok. Többet nem veszek így jegyet.

La guida è stata bravissima, ci ha fornito tantissime informazioni e curiosità ed è stata molto professionale. Il trasporto è stato pessimo...una lentezza infinita per fare poche miglia, ci ha letteralmente "sfinito"!!!
