Bien reçu au lieu de rendez-vous, belle balade, mais notre guide préférait communiquer avec son collègue de la gondole qui était devant nous. Dommage pour nous.

集合場所が非常にわからず、iPadで位置を探しまくったが結局わからず、 電話でCITYTOURSに何度も聞いたが通り一遍のAI回答しかなく、GETYOURGUIDEの目印もなく、50分前にはMark’s Squareに着いていたのに、10分遅れてしまって、英語のグループに入れられた。Milanoでは,係の案内人が集合場所に遅れて来るし、もうあまりにもひどい対応だった。GETYOURGUIDEは予約だけの会社であり、現地での対応は現地会社に任せているので全く信用できない。

Activité très agréable, avec une mention particulière pour Burano qui est magnifique et la démonstration du souffleur de verre qui était intéressante et pas trop longue non plus. La guide était très sympathique par contre avec le bruit du moteur on n’entend pas toujours très bien les explications. Je recommande néanmoins.
