Die kurze Führung war auf deutsch gebucht, sie fand aber nur auf italienisch und englisch statt. Dies wäre okay gewesen, hätte man etwas verstanden. Die Verbindung der Audioguides war miserabel und da die Dame so schnell lief verstand man kein Wort. Das Theater de Fenice wäre sicher eine Erwähnung wert gewesen, sie lief aber nur vorbei. Die Gondelfahrt war gut und due Gondoliere freundlich. Die Besichtigung des Palazzo war den Besuch wert.

Efficient and well organised tour. Guides friendly and knowledgeable explaining history of waterways on the way to Murano and Burano. Islands are beautiful, particularly Burano. It was raining the day we went which I thought would spoil the experience. yet despite this, it didnt. it provided excellent hie to photos which look quite mystical. So going with the right attitude despite weather clearly helped by friendly guides who didn't seem phased by weather helped!. Great experience with learning more about Venice. Excellent value for money.

Es war sehr schön mit dem Aufzug nach oben zu fahren und die Aussicht ear mega schön und sehr interessant. Oben war kein Internet, also kann man nicht eine VR Brille versprechen . Fand ich etwas enttäuschend.

it was brilliant experience, 4th time in Venice, but the first time on this kind of activities, both guides - Valentina and Beatrice were nice, friendly and efficient, the only thing I have to mention is the speakers, no great, quite often the voice in a speaker was despairing or echoed so it was difficult to hear the guide, I tried to keep closer and listened to them directly, so yes- the equipment needs improving. Despite of this the activity was really good especially virtual trip to Venice through the centuries - about 10 min but fantastic experience.
