Good experience but VR did not work for me for half the time during museum, staff were saying they would sort it and eventually came over. Couldn’t hear guide too well. Gondola tour in ear played music most of the time not a tour like it said

Carlotta est une excellente guide ! Très intéressante et très sympathique qui n’hésite pas à donner de très bons conseils ! Sur la visite en elle même c’est un peu rapide, à privilégier seulement les 2 îles et prendre le temps de flâner à Burano qui est absolument magnifique ! On a adoré.

this was a fantastic activity, so informative on Venison masks, so creative and a unique (and real unlike the plastic masks for sale everywhere) Souvenir to take home. Francesco was brilliant and she let me stay longer than the 75 minutes I payed for because she could see I was enjoying it and she is obviously a very passionate person about art. she also helped me better my mask. Honestly a 10 out of 10 experience.
