Our guide for the walking tour, Valentina was excellent with lots of information and plenty of stops along the route. She showed us some of the more curious parts of the city and gave lots of interesting facts.

Tout était terrible. Nous avons quitté la visite bien avant la fin, rendus à Murano. Nous nous attendions à un groupe de 20-30 personnes, mais c’était une activité avec plus d’une centaine de participants. Nous avons attendus sous la pluie battante pendant plus de 30 minutes avant de pouvoir enfin partir, le temps de vérifier les billets de tout le monde et de distribuer les écouteurs. Il y avait tant de gens que nous avons dû aller sur le dessus ouvert du bateau, plusieurs participants se sont cogné la tête en haut des marches, dont mon collègue et moi-même, mais aussi le conducteur du bateau! Une dame s’est complètement étalée au sol; c’était trop glissant. Pendant la traversée le guide parlait, mais on ne comprenait rien et c’était très confu. La seule bonne chose de la visite était la courte présentation de soufflage de verre, qui a duré 10 min maximum. Ensuite on s’est fait entasser dans la boutique hors de prix pour nous pousser à consommer. Nous sommes partis.

Reservei o passeio com o guia em espanhol, mas isso não ocorreu. Além disso, durante o trajeto do passeio não houve explicação nenhuma. Passeio sem graça. Não recomendo!

The app was fine and worked well. The beginning was completely unorganised. the place to go first wasn't even open as the person responsible had to be pulled out of a cafe. when we all got the VR headsets they weren't checked properly as my was in Italian rather than English. we were then told to follow the guide and then he said we had to go back and made ot sound like we hadn't listened yet four different people heard the same thing

The gondolier never said a word to us. The tour group agent was fabulous.

Great tour, unfortunately we could not understand the tour guide very well due to language barrier. The gondola ride was lovely, very enjoyable. The VR experience was great to provide insight into the Venice history.
