We loved the tour. The gondola museum and 3D virtual reality tour of Venice was really informative & gave us a taste of ancient Venice. The gondola was spectacular and such a special way of touring the small canals. Overall a very good experience.

Lovely visit to the islands. Valentina was very knowledgeable and friendly. We would have liked a little bit longer on Murano and a bit less on Burano.

Excelente Elena nos explico muy bien y aparte ella es muy humana. Nos recomendo buenos lugares para comer, tomar helado y hasta le preguntamos donde podiamos conseguir un producto puntual y se tomo el tiempo de acompañarnos hasta el lugar y averiguar. Una genia la verdad. Explica muy bien y nos conto muy bien la historia de venecia y las islas en general. La super recomiendo

A must to in Venice! The guides were all lovely and the VR experience was so interesting!! Of course the Gondola ride was also super fun too!

We do not recommend this trip, and feel it would have been better to do it on the vaparetto ourselves. The headphones on the guided tour were poor quality and we couldn’t hear the guide clearly for the whole trip. We were meant to have 1 1/2 hours and a guided walk on Murano which ended up only as 55 minutes overall and this included waiting 10 minutes to see the glass demonstration after which we only had 25 minutes left to explore. Burano was beautiful however and we enjoyed this. The worst part of the trip is that the boat was very slow meaning we spent more time on the boat than the islands, other large boats were passing us and the toilet facilities were appalling which resulted in the female passengers unable to use it.

Le guide Luca était très bon il devrait néanmoins s'abstenir de donner son avis personnel sur Napoléon comme à plusieurs reprises et même en le traitant de "connard" ce qui n'est pas très élégant. sinon il est très professionnel et sympathique.
