This activity was completely misrepresented and the cost was outrageous given that we learned a 1/2 hour gondola ride should be €90 boat. I would formally like to request a refund given 20 minutes was spent walking to the spot with a guide we could not hear and then the gondola ride lasted only 15 minutes with no commentary or interaction between the gondolier and the guests.

Ich hatte mit deuchschsprachiger Führung gebucht, habe aber nur englische Erklärungen bekommen. Wir konnten uns einen Kommentar herrunterladen, was wir auch getan haben und haben uns im Vorfeld alles durchgelesen, daher waren wir informiert. Es gab auch noch eine App die wir uns herrunterladen sollten da konnten wir wären der Gondel Farhrt zu den einzelnen Häusern nachlesen, was ich während der Fahrt unpassend finde wenn ich mir eigentlich alles anschauen will und die Fahrt genießen möchte soll ich extra auf mein Handy schauen. Nicht wirklich gut! Die Gondel Farhrt hat jedoch Spaß gemacht. Wir hatten nette Leute mit an Bord und der Gondolieri hat sich mit uns etwas unterhalten und ein paar Witze gemacht. Insgesamt sollte es eine Führung von 15 Minuten geben (hat 5 Minuten gedauert und war nur der Weg zur Gondel) die Gondel Farhrt hat ca 25 Minuten gedauert anstelle von 30 Minuten. Die Fahrt unter der Seufzer Brücke war schon schön, ich würde es aber nicht noch einmal buchen.

El tour virtual y la guía que nos explicó la actividad fueron excelentes. El paseo es muy corto y la audio guía nunca funcionó. Una experiencia a medias.

Mikayla was a wonderful guide. She provided a general overview of the city’s history as we strolled through different neighborhoods within Venice. She took time to answer questions & give suggestions to further enhance our experience while visiting the city, including a stop at a cafe to enjoy a spritz! I appreciated that Mikayla was mindful of our group as we navigated the busy, narrow streets. The tour is a nice way to spend your first morning in Venice.
