The weather played a role on our tour. It was windy and cold, which meant we couldn’t go along the Grand Canal - BUT - we got to go inside the small channels in the city and it was amazing! And the other folks that were supposed to be in our gondola didn’t show up, so we had the boat to ourselves. Great experience, highly recommend

trying to find the meeting location was difficult then walking with guide using audio headpiece was challenging as the headpiece is awkward and it's a long walk through busy area

Our trip through the lagoon was wonderful! Atena was a fantastic guide with many fun tidbits of fun facts as we went! We only wish we had more time In Murano, it made us only want to come back!

Thunderstormed all day so couldn't go, but could not get a refund. Next time I will just take a ferry and not book a tour.

Superb…more than we were expecting. The VR trip prior to the guided walking tour was fab,our guide was lovely and full of information. The gondalo trip was perfect and we had a great gondolier. Highly recommend.

Infelizmente foi péssima a experiência. compramos passeio para 4 pessoas esperando que os 4 tivessem a mesma experiência, inclusive para termos as fotos clássicas que são costumeiramente feitas. lamentavelmente um casal vai de costas para o gondoleiro e as outras 2 pessoas vão em posições que não são o mínimo confortáveis e não se pode mudar de lugar durante o passeio..

la prestation proposée est chère pour 2 heures de visite. les commentaires de notre guide étaient inaudibles, très mauvaise qualité de réception. Nous n'avons pas pu visiter la belle tower car ascenseur en panne et pas d'alternative proposée.
