Our NYC day tour was a wonderful experience from start to finish. The suggested arrival time was 20–30 minutes early for the 10:00 a.m. departure, but we arrived about 10 minutes beforehand. Because of street construction, the bus couldn’t park in its usual spot. A quick call to the booking number connected us right away with the coordinator, who helped us spot the group and guided us around the corner to the bus pickup. From there, the day ran smoothly. Our group was small—just us and three other couples—which gave the tour a relaxed and personal feel. Kevin, our guide, made the day what it was. Instead of simply giving facts, he told stories that helped us connect with the city and its history in a meaningful way. With his background in newspapers and morning radio, he had a natural way of drawing people in. He struck a balance between lighthearted humor and more heartfelt moments, like his reflections on 9/11, and he gave us a sense of how past events continue to shape New York today. It was less like being lectured to and more like being guided through the city by someone who genuinely wanted us to understand it. Jimmy, our driver, deserves just as much credit. New York traffic is its own kind of chaos, but he navigated it smoothly and confidently, which made it easy for us to sit back and enjoy the ride. The pacing of the day felt well thought out, and with clear skies and a cool breeze, the weather couldn’t have been better. By the end of the tour, I felt like I had gained more than just facts about landmarks—I had a deeper appreciation for the stories, people, and resilience that give New York its character. On top of that, we got to know the other couples in our group, which made the day even more enjoyable. This tour offered the perfect mix of history, storytelling, and connection, and I’d recommend it to anyone wanting to experience the city in a way that goes beyond the surface.

This was the best way to learn everything about New York in just one day. We had a total blast with our amazing tour guide, Rachel, and her driver, Arles. Rachel did a wonderful job of showing us all the highlights and sharing the background stories. We had lots of opportunities to get out and take photos or do some sightseeing up close. We also really appreciated leaving with valuable tips on the best places to shop and eat. Highly recommended. -André.

I normally don’t write reviews, but this experience was so bad it pushed me to share one. We paid $294.68 for two people and were forced to sit in the enclosed section of the bus, while every other person was in an open spot with full views. We had no real visibility and no chance to take decent photos — which completely defeats the purpose of a sightseeing tour. Before the trip even started, I asked the staff if we could be moved to another bus option, and if that wasn’t available, I requested a refund. The response was an immediate “No refund” — even after the manager was contacted. We were left with no choice but to sit through a tour that offered none of the value promised. Inside the bus, it was impossible to take pictures, making the experience even more frustrating. What makes this even worse is that this tour was my main reason for visiting New York. For nearly $300, I expected at least fair treatment and customer service, but instead we received neither. For this price, it was extremely unfair. There are far better and cheaper options in New York City that actually deliver a proper sightseeing experience. Unfortunately, I learned this the hard way. I cannot recommend this tour to anyone. Updating on 9/26/2025 FYI… Management listened to my issue and i was refunded. Thank you
