We really enjoyed this tour and felt like it covered an impressive amount of New York in one day. We got to see Times Square, Central Park, Rockefeller Center, Fifth Avenue, Madison Square Park, Greenwich Village, SoHo, the 9/11 Memorial and World Trade Center, Wall Street, and Battery Park, plus views of the Statue of Liberty. It really checked off the major NYC sights on our list. My favorite parts were definitely the 9/11 Memorial and World Trade Center and getting to see the Statue of Liberty. Both were memorable stops and some of my favorite photos from the entire trip. The fully enclosed bus was great, and both our driver and tour guide were excellent. One of the best parts of this tour is basically having chauffeur service throughout the day. You get dropped off, explore with the guide, and the bus is there to pick you back up. It makes seeing this much of Manhattan incredibly easy. My only two suggestions would be more of Central Park and a little more seat space on the bus. I would have loved to explore more of the park rather than just getting a taste of it. Overall, this is a great tour, especially for a first NYC visit. You cover a lot, learn along the way, and get some fantastic photo opportunities without having to figure out transportation between every stop. Definitely recommend.

Great tour to see all of the major New York City sites in a 6 hour tour. Our guide and driver were excellent and knowledgeable. Great overview of the city, especially for first time visitors to Manhattan.

Tony was such a knowledgeable guide!! We learned so much about the city’s history that made NYC so much easier to navigate and enjoy!! I can’t really imagine the tour being any better! Manuel did a great job driving the tour bus as well. I highly recommend!!

This was a great way to spend day 1 in the city to help get our bearings. Alberto was very knowledgeable about the history of the city, but he also shared some travelling tips and explained how the grid of the city worked to help visitors navigate. He answered questions and tried to point out other points of interest based on our questions.

We have always wanted to go to NY with our little family and see and learn a lot about the city..Charles our tour guide and man he was good. Jimmy was our driver and he got us where we needed to go! It Was definitely worth the money. He knew and gave us so much information it was very cool! His jokes were even a little funny! Hahaha He was very good at keeping us together and keeping our attention. We would recommend this business to our family and friends for sure!

Took the New York in One Day Tour and it was an Fantastic choice. Don, our tour guide and Carlos, our driver were awesome. We got to see and hear about all the sights, experienced the Staten Island ferry and ate at a nice food court for lunch. Highly recommend this tour. The bus was really nice with comfy Leather seats as well.

We booked a 6 hour tour to encompass many of the must see things on our short agenda. The rest of our trip was scheduled around the activities on this tour. We began the tour with a small group of about 14 in a nice van. The guide was not very friendly and didn’t “share endless details about the city” as described in all the tour reviews. It also appeared that the driver and guide were not on the same page either. Appeared to be tension there. We were in tragic about 1.5 hours into the tour when I began to see smoke coming from the engine and smell the distinct odor of an engine overly. I was sitting up front so I attempted to point this out to the guide. He was not concerned at first but after about 15 minutes he mentioned something to the driver. They then began to argue about who was going to call in to management and report the problem. They pulled over and left us in the van with no ac on an 85 degree day as they went back and forth with “the boss”. Eventually, the determination was made that they could not send a second van to pick us up and continue the tour. We were told we would be refunded and we had to get out of the van right there. No idea where we were or where to go and no advice from the staff. It took us almost 3 hours to get back to where we needed to be due to a parade that closed off the street we had to cross to get over there. The worst thing is that we missed all the most important things on the tour and were not able to get to all of them on the rest of our short trip. This was an absolutely terrible experience and I feel it was handled about as badly as it could have been by all involved.

Excellent experience. Well-organized in both timing and execution. The guide provided plenty of insightful information, along with great entertainment. A quick yet comprehensive overview of the city. Highly recommended in this version with a glass-roof bus and a limited number of participants. Excellent value for money.

Alberto and our driver were both amazing. They provided a thoughtful itinerary and the actual travel was extremely well coordinated. We saw many highlights of NYC and we were well educated at every point along the way. I’d definitely take another trip with this company.

The Tour guide was phenomenal. The stops were nice and informational, and if there was a problem, he let us know. Immediately showed us around without leaving anybody behind when the windows were foggy or rain cover he found a way to still show us the attraction we were on time to each attraction as well. Driver was respectful and careful. Overall, a great time and would recommend to anybody wondering if it’s a good tour in New York City!
