Our Versailles garden tour was wonderful!! Our tour guide Nick was 10+/10 highly recommend!!! He is so knowledgeable and fun. It could not have been better.

We rented two ebikes from the 57th Ave location. Things went badly from the start. My bike had a seat I could not adjust so I basically rode a BMX for 5 hours. Why they did not give me one with a quick release seat I don't know ! Once we got to Central Park and wanted to lock them up we realized we had not been given the combo for the chain lock - we had to call them and go through them giving us a bunch of combos until one worked - took 20 minutes. Next my husband's ebike's battery died and we tried everything to get it going - this resulted in another call to them .They told us they would send someone with a new bike . After another 30 minutes someone did show up, but not with an ebike !! Thankfully the fellow was riding an ebike to deliver us the new bike so we got his. We did enjoy riding them through Central Park but lost about an hour or more of total ride time. We brought the bikes back at the end of the day and when asked by the girl at the counter if everything went okay , we said 'no' and told her and another fellow that took the bikes back what we had experienced - they said 'oh sorry' and that was it ! Wow !! Very bad customer service ! We paid over $160 to rent the bikes and not even a mention of some discount for all of the troubles we had. We will not use this company again. There is a bike rental place right in the park that people have said is much better, as well as Citibike that is there as well. Oh well , we tried Unlimited Biking but will never use them again , they lost us as customers. Use your money with another company as this one just doesn't care !

I highly recommend Fat Tire Tours and Arvin as our guide around Rome. The Segway tour was a wonderful way to see the city on our first day in Rome. Arvin was so patient teaching everyone how to safely navigate the segway. There was an older woman in our group and he really took her under his wing and made sure she was safe and enjoying her time on the tour. Arvin was knowledgeable, super friendly, funny (he had a fun nickname for everyone. He referred to my husband as James because he thought he looked like the lead singer from Metallica) and ask him to sing for you! What an amazing voice. Book this tour and ask for Arvin! You won’t be disappointed. My favorite activity in Rome.

Such a fun day! Guided tour all the way to Sausalito, then could take ferry back or ride back or where ever you wanted till closing. Would highly recommend! Geraldo was fun, friendly and informative!

I rented a bike for the Escape tri. After seeing other athletes lose their bikes on flights I'm so glad I rented. Bikes were at the transition area the day before the race. All you needed was to install bike pedals and they do that as well right there. After the race you just drop off your bike. It's easy and I highly recommend.

Guide spoke excellent English, was very helpful and informative during and after the tour with recommendations. Overall made sure all riders were together and safe was a good way to see lots of the city in a short period of time.

We took the bike tour with Canaan as our guide on our first morning in Munich. It was the PERFECT way to start our trip because in 4 hours we were able to see so many important things around the city and also find out about a lot of museums and other neighborhoods we would not have found on our own. Now we have a great idea of what to do for the rest of the trip. Canaan was a great guide and he really really knows the history well and is able to share some of those important little details and context of the time periods. Would highly recommend this to anyone!

The tour was really wonderful we got to see much more of Milan and get information about all the locations we visited. Poala was really charming very supportive and very knowlegible giving us lots of interesting history my husband and I will definitely recommend this tour to our friends

Brita was very informative and made the bike ride through Berlin a lot of fun while being education. They have Tag-along bikes. The ride is flat so do not worry if you feel like you need to be in shape, you’ll do fine! Berlin is bike friendly so exploring on a bike made me feel like a local!

We should've planned ahead better to allow more time for finding parking. We were very late as a result and the staff were EXTREMELY understanding and helpful!! They assisted us to find available parking, and while one guide took the rest of our group ahead, a second guide caught us up to them once we arrived. The guide we wound up with was incredibly kind, knowledgable, and took great care of us. Seeing the monuments at night was such a unique and beautiful experience! I would highly recommend this tour and SUPER HIGHLY reccomend this company!!
