Great tour! Our tour guide was Ceri and she was amazing. Very kind, funny, and very knowledgeable about all things German history. We saw so many sites and felt this was an amazing way to see Berlin in a short amount of time. We would definitely recommend Fat Tire bike tours in Berlin, specifically a tour with Ceri since she was so great!

Highly recommend the Central Park 2-hr guided tour. We joined the 4pm tour on a Friday and our guide was Issac. You will ride a bit, then stop to learn about different areas and features of the park- continuing around the park. You’ll have time to take pictures and get off the bikes in some areas. Issac was knowledgeable, kind and patient with our group of 13. We had a range of ages in the group and he catered to us all. Note: you do ride in the city bike lanes to get from the shop to the park, but that was not a big deal. Staff at the shop were friendly and helpful. Do this tour! It’s a great way to see a lot of the park in limited time.

I would definitely recommend this company to anyone who wants to ride a better bike with more gears then the city rentals. They also provide helmets, I would suggest wear a scarf underneath for the sweat but this is a plus! The bike trails and lanes are very busy in DC so the safer the better! I had a pleasant experience. It was an easy, seamless process getting the bikes and I was told directions to access different trails in DC. One suggestion I would make is maybe rent out cell phone holders for the bikes. This would help with navigation!!! Other than that, I would definitely come back here and rent again!

We were provided with bikes plagued by mechanical problems, including faulty gears and brakes, wasting our time and posing safety risks. The response from their team was even more disheartening. Instead of addressing our concerns, the staff displayed an indifferent, if not arrogant, attitude. Efforts to repair or replace the faulty bikes were half-hearted at best, with no apologies or acknowledgement for the inconvenience. In an industry where customer satisfaction is paramount, their inadequate service and non-functional equipment make them a poor choice. We caution potential customers to consider our experience. We cannot recommend this bike rental service until considerable improvements are made.

Wonderful tour! Even with a little rain, Madu was all sunshine and kept us smiling and informed while biking through town and the gardens. She guided us to the most delightful and delicious snacks at the market. The evening show was fabulous and it was such a treat to enjoy the inside of Versailles feeling like an honored guest. Exploring the gardens and fountains at night with music and lights was thrilling. We appreciate how Madu made history relatable and helped us maximize our enjoyment.

Definitely would not recommend Unlimited Biking Central Park. Unfriendly staff. Understaffed. They make you check in when you get there and then start the clock for your rental time at the same time but then you have to wait for the guy to get you your bikes which for us was 15 minutes. My husband’s bike was horribly uncomfortable, the gears didn’t work right and the brake pad kept catching on the tire. When we returned the bikes early the gal asked us how it was and when I told her she had not response and didn’t offer to reimburse us or anything. There are plenty of places right off the park that are much easier to rent from. Don’t waste your time or money with this place.

L'accueil était bien, dommage que je n'ai pas pris le vélo électrique car cela grimpe. Sur place il n'y a plus de dispo pour en changer, c'était samedi. Petit bémol le monsieur qui donne les vélos n'a pas pris en compte ma demande à 2 reprises de changer la taille car j'avais l'impression que c'était trop bas. Et effectivement cela a rendu le tour plus difficile et inconfortable, avec des douleurs musculaires le lendemain dû à la taille S au lieu de M ou L du vélo que je prends habituellement. Attention aux vents sur le pont, cela fait tomber et peur pour les non-avertis. Je ne crois pas que ce soit du niveau débutant si tu ne prends pas un vélo électrique. Autrement la guide était super et le tour complet :)
