We took a Munich bike tour with Celine, and she was great. Knowledgeable about the city, covered a lot of ground, very attentive to the group to ensure everyone’s enjoyment and safety, and a great sense of humor. If you’re thinking about it, I’d highly recommend it.

Regarding the bike rental (included in the tour), when we picked up our bikes, we were told we could take out insurance ($5 per bike / $10 for electric), which would have saved us a $400 charge in case of damage. Almost everyone had taken it, and I think it's a good idea because the bikes don't seem very sturdy. My dad's bike completely broke down at the end of the tour, and we had to carry it from the park exit to the rental shop. No problems when we returned the bikes! 3/5 for the rental. Elle était complète et on s’arrêterait régulièrement pour écouter les explications de la guide. Le rythme à vélo est tranquille, pas trop rapide et vous pouvez louer des vélos électriques. 5/5 pour la visite ! Concernant la location des vélos (inclue dans la visite), en récupérant nos vélos on nous annonce qu’on peut prendre une assurance (5$ par vélo / 10$ pour électrique) et cela nous évite une facturation de 400$ en cas de dommage… quasi tout le monde l’avait prit et je pense que c’est une bonne idée car les vélos ont pas l’air très solides.
