Nice E-bike experience. We got a couple of E-bikes and self toured DC. Great way to see a lot in a short period of time. Pretty bike friendly city, too, so not sure we absolutely needed E-bikes, but we wanted to try them anyway. Front desk staff was not as friendly as I would expect, but she got the job done. They didn't have a phone holder for the handlebars, so that was a minus. No public restrooms was another minus. Seems a minimum to offer that at a site like this. The actual bike techs were very helpful and wanted to make sure we had a good bike. They had us test it out before we left the site. During the ride, it became apparent that my bike was in need of a minor tune-up, and the derailleur was not quite calibrated properly. Not a huge issue, just something to check better than I did before leaving the garage! TLDR: Overall good experience and nice bikes.

Had a blast on the Eiffel Tower tour with Amir! He was a great host - super engaging and personable and greatly helped contextualize my first time seeing the tower. Would reccomend!!

Wow it was wonderful. The Segway tour was the way to go. For starters it is a blast to ride, but it is small and nimble enough to get around safely and comfortably without having to pedal a bicycle. We had the pleasure of having Marco as our guide. He is genuine and loves his job. He is very knowledgeable about everything. He used a VR headset with renderings of the ancient city and it really puts the sights you are seeing into perspective. The staff in the shop were all friendly and helpful. It was awesome all the way around.

Great way to see Paris! I had limited time on a Sat morning and chose Fat Tire’s day tour. FERGUS, our tour guide did a wonderful job taking us from point to point while sharing some interesting facts, including how the city is prepping for the Olympics. The bikes were in good shape, helmets optional, office had restrooms and cubbies to store items. The local bakery Secco had amazing pastries (you can pick up a sandwich there instead of the cafe at Tuileries). The groups go out with 10-15 people, we rode for 1.5 hrs with multiple stops before parking at Tuileries garden for a 40min lunch break, and ended at the Eiffel Tower. Highly recommend!

We rented electric bikes to cruise around Alexandria and nearby trails for a few hours with a local family member. The bikes were adequate. They had plenty of charge. We could make them move. They did not fall apart. However, we too got only a small gear bag for the handlebar, and no pannier or basket. We barely managed to strap purses precariously with bungee cords. But the pick up experience was awful. They required us to use our cell phones to read and sign a waiver. It started with a QR code. Next came creating a member account, which we did not want to do. Then we had to receive an authentication code via email or SMS, and if we gave the landline number or could not read email on the phone, too bad. Finally, we were charged $1 to "hold our QR code". We were very close to walking out. We just wanted to read a waiver on paper, and sign on paper. To cap it off, the rental was more expensive than Capital Bike Share, even for several hours. I expect our family member won't make the mistake of taking guests to Unlimited Biking again. I suggest you don't either.

Unlimited Biking made for an excellent experience for a friend and I visiting for the weekend. We planned to ride to Encinitas and were happy to see the equipment was in excellent shape and that the staff was super helpful and accommodating to two dudes from out of town. They made the check-in/check-out process very simple and even gave us additional supplies to ensure our round trip was safe. Many thanks for everything, Raul!

There was a extra 25% discount because of memorial day, but not for e-bikes. However, we still got a 10% discount for our e-bikes when we asked the support service! Bikes were in perfect condition. On site consultation by Adrian was awesome! Thank you very much, got our bikes for the second time now and we would always come back!
