My wife and I did the bike tour through Central Park today. Our guide, Dan, was fantastic. Lots of great insite woth a dash of humour thrown in for good measure! The bike pace was very moderate and easy for all types of riders. Dan, thanks again for a great afternoon!!

We rented e-bikes in DC last weekend and were excited to find last-minute availability. We opted for the 4-hour rental period, which came to about $70 per bike with insurance. The location by the wharf was convenient, but the bikes were worn out. They needed some adjustments and general maintenance. I understand rental bikes get used often, but a little upkeep would have been appreciated. The check-in process was smooth. However, after checking in, we were directed to another door where a staff member pointed down an alley and said, "Your bike is down there." I found this odd since the other two bikes we rented were beside us. After that, the staff handed us the bikes and went back inside without giving instructions on using the bikes, offering helmets, or providing information about battery life. My bike's battery was about 80% charged, while my friend's bike showed 100% until it suddenly died about 3 miles from the shop. The same happened to my bike. We ran out of battery before returning, and none of the battery displays were accurate. For a 4- or 6-hour rental, renters must be informed about the battery range or provided with a spare battery. Additionally, the chain on my bike kept skipping under pressure. I'm not trying to criticize the business harshly, but the lack of a safety briefing or supply of safety gear made the experience less smooth. Since many customers are likely visitors unfamiliar with the city, a brief safety and bike use overview would have been very helpful. We were the only customers then, so they weren't particularly busy. Despite these issues, I would rent here again, giving them four stars. Next time, I'd ask more questions and request an extra battery. I would also recommend this place to others but suggest doing the same.

Matthew was an excellent tour guide for our 3-hour ride through a dozen D.C. monuments and historic sites. He shared interesting insight and history, making the bike tour feel both educational and fun for me and my 20-year-old nephew who was visiting from Maine. The whole enterprise was well run from checking in, to the timing of the ride, to the return of the bikes, and even the convenient parking garage right next door. (the fish market is one block away, so pack a cooler and ice!) I highly recommend Unlimited Biking!

We booked our 3 hour bike tour very easy & simple on the website and got all important infos like e.g. where & when to meet beforehand via e-mail. On the day of our tour, we enjoyed riding the well maintained, safe rental bikes in a small group of only 5 people a lot. Our guide was super friendly, punctual, knew tons of interesting details about all sites he took us and made sure to include e.g. a toilet break into the tour's program. We were so happy with this service that we gave a tip and recommend this a 100%. It is the best way to explore Barcelona and you cover way more sites & places compared to e.g. only a guided tour on foot.

Our tour guide Dan was absolutely awesome and funny. His food recommendation was also on point. To see the central park like this was really beautiful and nice and he gave a lot of photo opportunities. The bikes were really good and looked after. What was a little bit off-putting was that it was full and not really clear where we had to go. Furthermore you really had to bring a physical credit card which we didn't have on us so we had to reschedule (which was nice of them).

We had the best tour with Antonio. He was wonderful from the moment we met him. He gave us helmets, communication equipment, and great Segway lessons. Then we were off. What a fun, enjoyable, and educational tour! In 3 hours we toured many neighborhoods and almost every significant historical site in Milan. I could have kept going for at least 2 more hours. It was that interesting and that much fun. Antonio was very professional and also fun with good humor. He was very careful to make sure everyone stayed together. As a teacher, I know how hard it is to keep children together on a field trip. I can’t imagine keeping a class together if they were riding Segways. Bravo Antonio!
