Very poor service , got a coupon and did not honor the 2 hour for the service and instead making me look he’s giving us 2 hr , 1 hr 10 min is not the same as 2 hr , pls train the staff and i would suggest them to train and appreciate the customer , without customer like us your business will not survive , pls don’t rip off customers , give them the hours for the service paid

Had a great time on our bike tour of Central Park. Our guide Paul Kelly was great! He was knowledgeable of the sights, gave us clear instructions along our route so that we knew what to expect during the ride and was a fun guy to have leading our group. The bikes were in great condition, lightweight and easy to use. The tour lasted exactly 2 hours from the time we left to the time we returned. It was a good balance of riding and stopping to see a few sights and have a little break along the way. There were a few small hills but nothing that anyone in our group of 12 couldn’t handle. FYI you will need to wear one of the supplied helmets during the ride. Overall I would definitely recommend this experience.

Worst experience ever. The bikes were not in a good condition; very dusty and difficult to ride. It was no better than citi bikes. Though they advertised themselves as a central park bike tour they don’t provide service or help on navigating the park map. Also they charge $1 non-refundable for security deposit. Seriously, non refundable? I am not happy about that; if I return the bikes in good condition why can’t I get the security deposit back? I HONESTLY WOULD RECOMMEND THIS BIKE RENTAL TO ANTONE!
