Loved this tour!! Stephie was excellent. The climb to the top was intense but worth the trip! The tickets are valid for 3 days so you can go on your own.

Joe was excellent! Made sure everyone was safe! He had interesting information to share about each stop! Great places to stop and distance between stops was great! The pace was easy to keep up with and not too slow either. This was definitely a highlight to my trip here to DC!

Firstly Gaby at reception was brilliant explaining the day, the options available and making sure we were comfortable and all set before the ride. Whilst Grant was a great tour guide showing us the right spots and making plenty of stops for great photo opportunities, and keeping us safe with some great tips on the bike. I would also recommend the e-bike, as would have been much more difficult and less enjoyable without.

Conrado was a fantastic tour guide. Always checking everyone was ok and extremely knowledgeable about the Santa Monica and Venice beach area. Highly recommend.

This was my second Fat Tires tour in Berlin and Nick did not disappoint! It was a crazy day in Berlin due to the sports scene and he navigated it safely and kept it fun and lively. Great tour

This tour is not for people who don’t love stairs! But if you can handle it, book this tour!! Even if the full climb is daunting, you can stop 1/3 of the way and still get a good view from the terrace. But the full climb is an experience I will never forget. Antonio was a great guide and provided lots of time to take pictures and was very knowledgeable about the art and history. Greta tour!

My husband and I booked this tour for our anniversary while visiting D.C. Joe, our tour guide, made sure we were comfortable and prepared before the tour started and told us what to expect. Throughout the entire tour, he communicated in advance where our next stop would be and the path we would take to get there. He was EXTREMELY knowledgeable and gave us TONS of facts at each location (even those that weren’t on the list) He kept on schedule, and overall we had an incredible time. This tour is great for beginners as well. He keeps a steady pace, and makes sure everyone is safe and can keep up. He took the time to stop for a requested restroom break by a guest and made us feel really comfortable enough to ask questions. I think this is the best way to see the mall and all of the beautiful monuments in a timely manner. 11/10 recommend Joe. Thanks for the great tour!

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! DO NOT RENT FROM THIS COMPANY! They misrepresent themselves and claim to provide you with a 50% discounted rental rate when you join Bike New York (they do not!) When the vendor suddenly cancels an event within 5 days due to extreme heat, THIS COMPANY PLAYS GAMES WITH YOU AND REFUSES TO PROVIDE A FULL REFUND ON THE RESERVATION FOR THE FULL-PRICE RENTAL RATE THEY HAVE CHARGED YOU! It is of no consequence to them that it was not your choice to cancel your reservation! Their "cover" is that they will give you a "credit" for an alternate date -- but if you cannot use that alternate date, TOO BAD FOR YOU! THEY ALREADY HAVE YOUR HUNDREDS OF DOLLARS AND DO NOT CARE ABOUT BEING A PROFESSIONAL BUSINESS AND DOING WHAT IS HONORABLE AND PROPER -- TO ISSUE A FULL REFUND TO THE CUSTOMER! Zero stars if that were an option! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! YOU WILL REGRET IT!
