My 13-year old and I had a great tour of the monuments with Benham. The biking isn’t strenuous and there’s plenty of stops. Our guide had lots of interesting info, but there was also time to walk around and experience the monuments.

Good: - Well organized operation - Good quality bicycle Not so good: (rental bike) - Old, damaged helmet. - Slow leak (but fast enough to matter) from the front tire. A new inner tube should have been provided in this case. - Front derailleur out of adjustment; difficult to shift onto large chain wheel without throwing the chain off . - Impatient staff at return point; pushed me to hurry up with transferring gear from the handlebar carrier to my pockets even though I stopped at a next door bus to avoid taking time from staff while I was doing the transfer and arrived more than 30 minutes in advance of the end of the return time window.

Easy on line booking Organized easy pickup Had some trouble when I first picked up the Baich and the technician said that he would go over it and he did. It seemed that everything was working, however, as I was riding, the rear wheel would not stay in gear. I had to ride the whole race in the lowest, most difficult gear. I stopped to see if anyone could help me at the rest stop, but they were unable to solve the problem.

The e bike I rented was not in great shape. The handle bars constantly slipped and the odometer was set to kilometers.

The online booking process was fairly easy-to-use. The bike pick up at Broad Street went smoothly despite the number of riders picking bikes. Information flow at pick site could have been better. Drop off site at Staten Island was ok.

Man this was an awesome way to spend a few hours. We rented 4 bikes for 2 hours, started on 56th and went up to 100 and something street and back with time to spare. We did get lost, and got back a few minutes late to return bikes but they were completely understanding and did not charge us a late fee!!! I will definitely be renting from them again when I come back!!

This is the perfect way to see much of Berlin's beautiful architecture in 3 hours, along with the history behind it. (Original) Zeker een aanrader om in het Nederlands te doen! Onze gids Thomas was een hele leuke gids, hij sprak met passie en dat was te merken. Dit is de perfecte manier om in 3 uurtjes veel van de mooie architectuur van Berlijn te zien met daarbij de geschiedenis erachter.

We reserved with Unlimited Biking for the 5 Boro Bike Tour as visitors from Chicago coming in for the ride. Let me say this very loud - the service from the online booking, confirmation emails, and then down to the day of organization - was STELLAR!! We brought our own helmets BUT Unlimited had helmets available for everyone who didn’t. I just can’t say it enough, this was one of the best experiences with a bike rental company. I reserved a Cannondale road bike that was quickly fitted for my height and adjusted for brakes, my sister reserved a hybrid - both bikes performed perfectly for us. Just THANK YOU and you certainly will see us again!!

What a great company to rent a bike from for the 5 Boro Bike Ride. I highly recommend the VIP bike rental, which allows you to return the bike in Staten Island and not have to board the ferry with it on the way back to Manhattan. Super easy and convenient too.

Reservation, service, pick up, presence throughout, and return were ALL outstanding. The ride was the best way to experience the 5 burros, and if not for my troublesome right knee, I would have preferred a road bike instead of the e-bike. So glad for that option!
