The service at Unlimited Biking was amazing from reservation to fulfillment. We reserved our bikes in October 2025 But we were assigned the last wave. So when we picked up our bikes, one of the bikes we were assigned had stripped out pedal posts so they were unable to attach the flat pedals. There were no other bikes left in the right size so I ended up riding a bike 3 sizes too small. It wasn’t their fault as mechanical stuff happens but perhaps they might have pedals on the bikes before they bring them so they’d know all were in working order. Convenience and friendliness of staff was amazing!

Very easy way to get bikes for five boros ride. Road bike was excellent, although would have been nice to have someone fit the bike/adjust the seat, etc. Same for hybrid bike we rented, and additionally the lower gears didn’t function properly making the climbs challenging. The premium rental option was excellent for pick up and drop off and well worth the extra cost .

My 13-year old and I had a great tour of the monuments with Benham. The biking isn’t strenuous and there’s plenty of stops. Our guide had lots of interesting info, but there was also time to walk around and experience the monuments.

Good: - Well organized operation - Good quality bicycle Not so good: (rental bike) - Old, damaged helmet. - Slow leak (but fast enough to matter) from the front tire. A new inner tube should have been provided in this case. - Front derailleur out of adjustment; difficult to shift onto large chain wheel without throwing the chain off . - Impatient staff at return point; pushed me to hurry up with transferring gear from the handlebar carrier to my pockets even though I stopped at a next door bus to avoid taking time from staff while I was doing the transfer and arrived more than 30 minutes in advance of the end of the return time window.

Easy on line booking Organized easy pickup Had some trouble when I first picked up the Baich and the technician said that he would go over it and he did. The online booking process was fairly easy-to-use. The bike pick up at Broad Street went smoothly despite the number of riders picking bikes. Information flow at pick site could have been better. Drop off site at Staten Island was ok.

Man this was an awesome way to spend a few hours. We rented 4 bikes for 2 hours, started on 56th and went up to 100 and something street and back with time to spare. We did get lost, and got back a few minutes late to return bikes but they were completely understanding and did not charge us a late fee!!! I will definitely be renting from them again when I come back!!
