We had a great family bike tour today with our guide Maggi. It was an amazing way to get our bearings in Berlin and really interesting to hear some of the background and history of the city. Will be back tomorrow to hire bikes and continue our exploring.

We had a really good experience I would definitely recommend Unlimited Biking. Bikes are in really good condition and alot of fun. The staff was very helpful with our bikes and gear. We didn't get a chance to go on the guided tour that they recommended, but maybe next time. If you're interested in the tour make sure to register in advance. The only thing that could have been better was a kid tag along for the ebike. Enjoy

I made a reservation in advance for a 4 hr e-bike rental. William was great. The reservation was mistakenly taken for a DC location vs Alexandria. He worked to get it transferred to Alexandria, helped me pick out the bike I was looking for, and I was on my way in minutes after arrival. It was effortless and he was a joy to work with. The next e-bike rental will definitely be with Unlimited Biking.

I wanna make this very clear. The customer service on both days that I rented bikes was top-notch. Every single staff member had a smile, was super friendly, and helpful. You don’t get that from a lot of businesses, making this the only place you should rent from. The Cannondale road bikes they had were well maintained and worked flawlessly. Next time I’m upgrading and trying out the carbon road bikes. They even said they’d gladly put on my clip-in pedals. They are a couple of blocks away from Central Park, which has an amazing 6-mile loop. There’s also an amazing bike path along the Hudson River that stretches most of New York City. Thank you! 👏🏼🤘🏼
