The Unlimited Biking experience was flawless from start to finish. Company was very organized. Staff was friendly and helpful. The only issue I had was were was very little room to store items on the bike. We were informed that you could not have a backpack. But we were going on a 40 mile NYC Bike Tour with rain forecast. We were also told to bring a spare tire tube, patch kit and a way to inflate the tire, sun screen, photo ID and your smart phone. The issue was where were you going to store all this gear and equipment. Some type of bike storage would have been helpful.

Great experience with Unlimited Biking at the 5 Boro ride in NYC

Unlimited Bike Rental offered very smooth and convenient way to do the Five Boro bike ride. I dont own a bike and don't have room to store the bike in our apartment. I rented the bike with the Premium option that included pickup and drop off on the day. It was a very smooth process at the pickup and drop off. It does cost a bit more for the convenience which for me is fine since I am not a regular Biker.

We had a brilliant time on the Segway tour. Lots to see, lots of information. If you've never ridden a Segway before and nervous about trying, don't be - the instruction before hand is spot on. Sara, you were incredible! Hope there's a next time!

Het 'uitdelen' van de fietsen was totaal niet efficiënt waarbij er 1 persoon steeds een fiets van binnen moest halen, passen en als die niet goed was werd die terug naar binnen gebracht en een ander gehaald. Ondertussen werd de rij steeds langer. Er kwam ook meerdere keren iemand terug die al een fiets had gekregen, met een te laag zadel, versnellingen die niet werkten en zelfs iemand waarbij de ketting er bij de eerste meters vanaf ging. Uiteindelijk met de fiets bij een gids gekomen, bleek die Engelstalig ipv de geboekte Nederlandstalige. Geen ramp en Chuck deed het erg leuk, maar de service vond ik echt schandalig.
