booking for the bike was good had no issues i wasn't able to pick it up for designated day was able to talk to them to move date even though it came with a fee it was ok. but getting the bike was another story , they were efficient with getting you bike and helmet but wasn't' help with make sure it was adjusted or instructions on gear shift use and my 2nd gear the chain was rattling had to switch out of that gear which made it hard to maneuver at times during the TD 5 borough bike tour

Unlimited Biking is a fantastic operation. My friends and traveled to New York from different states to participate in the 5 Boro ride. We got our bikes from Unlimited Biking and were amazed by the professionalism of staff, operational efficiency and quality of bikes. Used Unlimited Biking to reserve a spot and a road bike for the Five Boro Bike Tour. The whole process was seemless and amazing. Picked up my bike near the start point, dropped it off at the end near the Ferry. Absolutely zero hassle. The bike was in great condition giving not a single hiccup in the 44 mile ride rain and sun. Hats off to everyone at the company. Keep up the great work.

For the NYC Five Boro Bike Tour: Very easy to reserve bikes, and so convenient to pick up and drop off. Bikes were in good condition and if there was a problem they were able to replace on the spot.

Overall a great experience in terms of the quality of the bike and the entire VIP pick up and drop off service. The only minor complaint is that the pickup process was a little unclear as it took two assistants to help locate my large hybrid rental.

These guys are amazing! I’ve used Unlimited for seven 5-boro rides and each one has been a joy. From check in, to bike fit, to the quality of the bikes to return they exceed expectations. They’ve also let me cancel when circumstances required me to and easily use the full credit and they made it easy for me to change my bike choice when an injury forced me from a ME-bike to an E-bike. Just outstanding!

Rented bike for the 5boro ride. Easy booking,.check in and out process, overall comfy with very minor concerns (adjusting to unfamiliar bike and the gears available...aka be ready for hills and gear jumping a bit 😊) Would use them again when in city!

I rented a bike for the 5 Boro Bike Toour on Sunday May 4th from Unlimited Biking. First of all, they were very helpful during the bike reservation process in assisting me with which bike to choose when I called. The bike pick up process was very organized and seamless. We got helmets and a small pouch attached on the bike to hold our essentials. The bike drop off process at the SI Ferry was also very easy, after the 40 mile ride, and we were able to get right on the ferry after dropping off the bikes - no big line. I highly recommend them for bike rentals

Unlimited made it so easy to participate in the TD 5 Boro Bike Tour! Booking was a breeze, I was able to pick up a fully charged eBike that lasted the whole ride easily, and the drop off at the ferry terminal took literally 10 seconds. Will be renting from them next year for the tour again!
