Matt was a great guide for the evening tour. I do hope the company does some upgrades on the bike lights to make sure everyone has a working set. There is a bathroom stop about half way through the 3 hour tour but the women’s was out of order so the options were grim.

The golden gate bridge tour was a great tour which allows you to see a lot of the city quickly. The route was busy when I went so if you're not an experienced cyclist (I am not) it can be a little unnerving, but very doable! Ben was a lovely, attentive guide and very knowledgeable about, and extremely fond of the city, sharing his local knowledge and experience with us. Since there were a mix of ebikes and manual bikes in the group, there were times where the guide and ebikers were out of sight, though I didn't feel unsafe as I knew they would wait up. The check in staff were extremely busy - an extra pair of hands at check in would help those amazing guys out as the process was a little confusing. For these reasons I gave 4* - keeping the same bike types in each tour would solve this. Sausalito was a gorgeous place to finish in time for lunch. If you're on the fence about doing this tour - just do it! There are plenty of stops along the way and opportunities to push your bike if needed on the short hills!
