My wife and I decided to give this tour a chance and YES, it was more than worth it. First, our tour guide, Canan, was phenomenal! He taught us history I never knew. He was personal, engaging, funny, knowledgeable, very excited to be with us, and knew Munich upside down, sideways, the people, the culture, etc.. he explained good museums, bad museums, fun facts, great beer gardens, where to avoid.... The man knew it all! If you book this tour, do yourself a favor and ask for Canan. Second, the bikes were great, like a beach cruiser with three gears and brakes. And Munich is flat! 10 stars if I could vote!!

Overall, the experience was mostly positive, but unfortunately, it was ruined by the behavior of the staff member outside who handled the bikes. He was extremely rude and unprofessional—mocking my girlfriend when she asked a question about the tandem bikes, even making fun of her smile despite her being friendly. Additionally, the push to sell an insurance policy with limited coverage came across as an attempt to upsell unnecessarily. While the bikes themselves were fine and most of the staff were nice, this interaction and the questionable insurance left a negative impression. Regrettably, I don’t think I’ll be renting bikes from your company again.
