WARNING: This company is a complete scam – avoid them at all costs! Not only was their equipment dangerously defective, but their refusal to issue a refund is nothing short of theft. We booked bikes for four people through the Explorer Pass by GoCity, expecting a fun day out. Instead, we were left frustrated, exhausted, and completely ripped off. We arrived at 12 PM and headed to the park by 12:15 PM, only to find out that: - One bike had a completely broken chain, making it 100% unusable. - The other bike had a seat that wouldn’t stay up, making it impossible to ride. By 12:30 PM, two of us were forced to return the defective bikes to the shop. The staff at the shop acknowledged the issues, but by then, we wasted precious time and energy walking back in the heat, and the rest of our group had to continue without us. We decided not to take replacement bikes because we were completely drained and no longer wanted to deal with this company’s incompetence. We immediately requested a refund for the two bikes that were completely unusable. The breakdown of what they owe us is clear and fair: - $5 x 2 for insurance, took 30min before. - $45 x 2 for the bike rental experience Despite the overwhelming evidence, including the receipt, proof of booking through GoCity, and confirmation from their own staff about the broken bikes, this company has refused to refund us a single penny since now 6 months. They have no problem charging customers full price for broken equipment and pretending it’s not their responsibility. This company is shameless and refuse to make things right. It’s just bad service. Ah, yes, they did offer us the possibility to rent with them again in Vegas or Miami. Lol? Save yourself the time, money, and frustration. Do not trust this company with your hard-earned cash. They’ll take your money, ruin your experience, and leave you fighting for a refund you’ll never see. There are plenty of better, more honest options out there. This one is a total disaster.

Dan was great! The tour was fun! We did a tour of Central Park with him. He was very polite, inclusive, and continuously checked in on us if we were doing okay. He also offered to take pictures and videos of everyone on the tour with equal opportunities (didn’t favor anyone over others). Overall, he was very welcoming and friendly, I highly recommend taking a tour with him. We also took a tour with Alex and went in a circle, ending back at the same store. That was lots of fun, one can see the contrast between the low activity near the river and speed in the city. Alex was not the most inclusive, a bit judgmental and made snarky comments, but he was very knowledgeable about the city.
