I recently booked a carbon bike from this location and the experience I had was very disappointing. I booked a bike well in advance and had one day in Miami during which I had planned a ride. The only bike in my size was in terrible shape. Seriously worn out, gears not switching over, not tuned etc.. It seemed like all the carbon bikes were in awful shape. The rental was not cheap. Needless to say I was expecting much better. The only employee that was working in the location was very young and inexperienced (not their fault) but they weren’t able to offer any solutions and had zero technical skills. I was basically told to take it or leave it. The bike was trashed. I had no options and took it anyway. It made my ride really unenjoyable. I managed to tune it slightly on my own and ride it back but this was by far the worst bike rental experience I have ever had. If you are reading this DO NOT RENT FROM HERE.

Had just arrived into San Diego in the morning with 2 other friends and decided to explore Seaport Village. After walking around a bit, we thought it would be better to rent some ebikes. After searching online, I found Unlimited Biking. They were close to where we were, I called ahead to see if they had 3 ebikes available and was told yes. We got to the store, signed a quick waiver and we were set up with ebikes right away. John gave us instructions and told us where we could ride around. Ended up being a beautiful day to bike for the afternoon for 2 hours. Highly recommend renting from here.

Had a great experience renting from unlimited biking. We rented 7 e bikes from Santa Monica and Biked to Manhattan beach. Unfortunately, one of the bikes lost all battery by that point (despite not using the throttle more than any of the rest of us (he was easily the fittest member of our group)) we asked for a partial refund and were denied. Additionally, we did the Marvin Braude Bike trail and took a map from the shop. We really needed street names to be on that map as when we had to get on the main road from Venice beach to go around the keys we somehow got lost because we’re Australian and very unfamiliar with the area. Other than that all was good and I would recommend.

I took the Miami bike tour, I live here but brought some out of town friends. It was a great way to explore South Beach and Miami Island. Manny was an awesome guide. Learned a lot about Miami, he was funny and entertaining - you could tell he cared about everyone having a good time. There was also a young women working in the shop - she was delightful. Highly recommend you join the tour.
