Matt’s bike tour is the best way to see all the main sights in a short time. He’s clear, funny, always on time, and super kind. Plus, he takes great photos! We saw more in a few hours than we could’ve in days. Highly recommend!

Just rode the NYC 5B ride for the first time on Sunday and rented two great bikes from Unlimited. The process was so easy and they got us checked in, on our bikes and on our way in less than 10 minutes. Bikes were in great shape and we had a great time. Would rent again from Unlimited Biking next time we are in NYC!

Our tour and tour guide, Toby, were fantastic. It was a great combination of education, relaxation and of course bike riding. Going to the market and having a picnic incorporated a unique and memorable experience.

We rented bikes for the 5 Boros ride and the experience was great. They send you many emails with details prior to pick up so you know what to bring and what they provide. The lines were short and moved quickly. The return was even quicker. The bikes were tuned up and ready to roll. We will defn rent again

This is our third year of renting bikes from Unlimited Biking for the TD5Boro Ride. We come from North Carolina for the event, so need to rent. We have consistently received nothing but TOP NOTCH service from UB - from very easy reservations to super fantastic convenience of bike drop off. This service includes: excellent communications with registration confirmation, pre-event helpful reminders; incredibly helpful and friendly personnel with reservation questions, mechanics for pedal change out at both event start and drop off; highly efficient process of pick up and drop off. Clearly we really, REALLY appreciate the quality of service that Unlimited Biking has provided us over and over again. We look forward to renting from them in our next TD5Boro!

Fantastic tour. Such a fun and informative way to see the city and the key landmarks and learn some of the layers of history and dynamics from the modern and ancient city. Stefano was so fun and engaging and the time flew. We did it as a family of 5, our youngest being 12, and we all loved it. Because Rome is so flat, we didn’t get the electric bikes and didn’t feel we needed them. We all commented we could have kept riding and listening to Stefano for so much longer than the 3 hours! Thanks so much!
